Change Personal Information All students are required to review and update their demographic information on Banner Web for Students prior to 11:00 a.m. on each semester’s designated census date. This is accomplished by going to www.alfredstate.edu. Select the Banner Web link and log in, using your Social Security number or Student ID number, and your established PIN number. Students accessing Banner Web for the first time should use their six-digit birth date as their PIN number (MMDDYY). Students who have accessed Banner Web in the past, and have forgotten their PIN number, should enter their User ID (Social Security number or Student ID number) and click on “Forgot PIN.” The system will ask your hint question. Upon answering this question correctly, Banner Web will allow you to re-set your PIN number. Click on the Personal Information link. Click on the Update links as necessary, and submit change. Updates may
also be submitted in writing to the Office of Enrollment Services by
using the Student Data Change Form. This form can be printed from the
online forms link below.
In addition, forms can be obtained from the Office of Enrollment
Services in room 219 of the Agriculture Building. All students
must make sure they have a current mailing address. Students
cannot change their mailing address to their dorm address (contact
Enrollment Services if extenuating circumstances). Students wishing
to change their name or correct their social security number must
present legal documentation to the Office of Enrollment Services.
