ENROLLMENT
VERIFICATION If it is necessary to provide enrollment verification for any purpose (i.e. loan deferments, insurance coverage, etc.), this can be requested from the Office of Enrollment Services. These certifications may be requested by mail to the Enrollment Services Office, Alfred State College, Alfred, NY 14802 by phone at 607-587-4796 or by fax at 607-587-3287. The verification will provide the date(s) of the term(s) the student attended or is attending, and will show whether or not the student is full time or part time. Verification forms that need to go to lending institutions are sent to the National Student Clearinghouse for processing after the start of each semester. |
