Registration Day is Friday, August 22. Continuing students be sure to
print your final schedules. New, transfer, and returning/readmit students
must get final schedules from their advisors. Registered courses will be
dropped for all students without paid/processed bills. Billing questions
should be directed to the Student Accounts Office. We hope that you are

Records

Welcome to the Office of Enrollment Services (Registrar's Office). Some responsibilities of this office include preparing the schedule of classes, assisting students registering for classes, maintaining academic records, producing academic standing lists, producing final graduation lists, sending transcripts, processing course changes, publishing the final exam matrix, determining/notifying students ineligible for financial aid due to repeating courses or not maintaining satisfactory academic progress/pursuit of program, and certifying enrollment and veterans forms. This office is also responsible for providing data that support the college's institutional effectiveness, planning, policy formation and decision-making. The office serves as the college’s primary source for data required for regional, state, and federal agencies.
